Élodie GEFFRAY
Co Founder
Civil engineer from Mines de Nancy, Elodie has been working for 19 years in the renewable energy sector in France and abroad.
After a first experience as wind farm project developer for a European investment fund (Novenergia II), she structures and executes acquisitions, sales and financing within the same group, then at WKN (PNE group) and as a financial advisor since 2018.
In January 2024, Elodie founded her own advisory boutique.
Olivier BOULAY
Co Founder
Graduated from ESC Rennes, Oliver has been working in the renewable energy sector in France and abroad for 9 years.
He started in the sector within the Akuo group in 2016 before becoming the group's financial manager for the Western Europe and ZNI region at the end of 2019. In 2022, he joined a financial advisory and M&A firm.
In February 2024, he joined Elodie Geffray in an entrepreneurial venture.
Grégoire CAULIER
Senior Associate
Graduated from the University of Paris-Dauphine, Grégoire has been working in the renewable energy sector for 4 years.
Grégoire began his career as a financial analyst at a renewable energy advisor before joining the developer Neoen, where he worked on complex and large-scale project financing in Australia.
Grégoire decided to return to France and joined the newly created Alaïa Advisory structure in June 2024.
Thibaut BAGLIN
Analyst
Graduated from a corporate finance master of Paris-Dauphine, Thibaut previously worked at a renewable energy M&A boutique during his gap year.
He completed his final year internship at Alaïa Advisory in April 2024 before joining the team as an analyst.
Francine CHI
Analyst
Master in Management student at emlyon business school, specializing in Corporate Finance.
During her first year, she did an internship at GreenYellow, in the renewable energy sector, as a Financial Analyst,
She is taking a gap year and is now completing an internship at Alaïa Advisory.
Paul LAVAL
Analyst
Graduated with a Master's degree in Finance from Toulouse Business School and the University of Paris-Dauphine.
Paul spent a year at the investment fund Mirova, working on infrastructure fund valuation models and other impact investments.
He is now completing his end-of-studies internship at Alaïa Advisory.
Annarita MAGLIARO
Analyst
Graduated in International Finance from Bocconi University, she is currently pursuing a Master in Management at ESCP Business School, a program renowned for its international exposure and academic excellence.
During her gap semester, she is gaining professional experience through an internship at Alaïa Advisory.
